Challenge

As LA Night Jam (LANJ) grew in scale and prestige, the event needed its branding to evolve beyond its grassroots beginnings. While the event already had an established look, the visual identity required refinement and consistency to match the energy and prestige of one of the most iconic professional water skiing night events.

Solution

I designed the branding for multiple years of LANJ, each time building on the original style to create a more polished and cohesive identity. From posters and promotional materials to digital campaigns, I refined the use of typography, color, and layout to amplify the event’s electric atmosphere. Over time, these incremental updates helped LANJ grow from just 100 spectators in its first year to more than 5,000 attendees.
