Challenge
Bryant Boats, a respected manufacturer since 1960, was on the brink of going under in 2017. My employer at the time, acquired them as an opportunity to bring this luxury brand back to its brilliance. In the marine industry, model year change happens in July so they had already begun manufacturing 2018MY boats. My goal in this situation was to elevate the previously inconsistent brand to, at minimum, get the boats sold that had already been manufactured.
Solution
With so many different models and configurations, I began by separating them into easily understandable, consumer-friendly categories. I redesigned their catalog, focusing on sleek layouts and contemporary visuals that highlight the craftsmanship and versatility of their boats. The refreshed designs bridged the gap between tradition and innovation, broadening their market appeal.
