Challenge

As an extension of Loyal Source Government Services, Loyal Healthcare was created to support a major contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs, requiring the launch of 21 Medical Disability Exam (MDE) clinics across the western United States. With such high stakes, the new division needed a brand identity that conveyed trust, professionalism, and compassion — ensuring both credibility with the VA and comfort for the veterans they serve.

Solution

I developed a cohesive branding suite intentionally building on the existing Loyal Source brand to maintain consistency and recognition. From print collateral to digital assets, every touchpoint reinforced the parent company’s credibility while giving Loyal Healthcare its own approachable identity. This strategic blend allowed the clinics to establish themselves quickly and positioned them as welcoming, dependable environments for veterans.
